These Terms and Conditions govern your use of QRHopr. Please read them carefully before using our service.
By accessing and using the QRHopr service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QRHopr.
QRHopr provides a platform for generating dynamic QR codes that redirect to specified URLs. You can create, manage, and update these QR codes and their destinations through our dashboard or API.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.
Important Notice:
QRHopr reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Misuse of the QR code generation service, including but not limited to generating codes for illegal activities, phishing, malware distribution, or any activity that harms the reputation of QRHopr or its users, will result in immediate account termination. Your account may also be terminated if you violate our Fair Use Policy.
You are solely responsible for the content associated with your QR codes. QRHopr does not review or endorse the content of your destination URLs. You agree that your content will not be illegal, offensive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
QRHopr collects certain data related to QR code scans, such as device type, geolocation (if enabled and permitted by the user), and timestamps. While we strive to maintain the integrity and availability of all collected data, we do not guarantee lifelong data collection.
Important Note:
We will endeavor to retain scan data for a minimum of 5 days. However, due to the dynamic nature of data storage and processing, we cannot guarantee the retention of data beyond this minimum period. Users are encouraged to export their data regularly if longer-term archival is required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRHopr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
